SHIPPING: WE SHIP WORLDWIDE 

 

 

We are an Australian based owned and operated business. We ship worldwide.  Nixons Closet offer affordable stylish and unique clothing and accessories for your little styler! Newborn to 7 years old. We now stock family  matching items for mums, dads, and teens. 

We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and Unique range of clothing & accessories. We internationally source our items as well as stock our very own designs by NC X The Label designed by us and hand printed here on the gold coast QLD. We also stock Aussie brands- MLW by design, Little Ripperz,Missa made it and The Little Homie ABC to jay-z and 123 with the notorious B.I.G Books. 

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

We are an Australian based business and we provide World Wide Shipping. 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

To help us get your items to you as efficiently and quickly as possible we now send your items straight from our International suppliers & Aussie designers.

Turnaround and order processing takes approximately 2-5 business days for all items excluding Aussie brands - NC X the label, MLW by Design & Little Ripperz.

Delivery takes approximately 7-14 days after dispatch for internationally supplied products. This takes into consideration any potential delays during transit or from customs, which are unfortunately out of our control.

 

All Aussie branded products are handmade or printed on demand and have a 2-3 week dispatch/turnaround to allow for hand printing and hand making your specially designed Aussie items. These items will be shipped seperate to all your other order items and will be sent through Australia post, you will receive a seperate tracking number for these items. Brands included under this timeframe are 

* NC X The Label 

* MLW by Design 

* Little Ripperz

Aussie brands ready to ship within 48 hours are - The Little Homie books and Miss A made it. 

Delivery takes approximately 7-14 days after dispatch for internationally supplied products. This takes into consideration any potential delays during transit or from customs, which are unfortunately out of our control.

If you have not received your items 4 weeks after placing your order please email us nixonscloset@gmail.com. Our customer service team will provide you with information and status of your order or resolve any potential issues within 24-48 hours.

 Please allow 24-48 hours for return emails. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been completed on our website we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund your items at any time. You can request a refund exchange and return after your items have arrived. Please see our refund policy for further information. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

After dispatch of your order please visit the “Track Order” page on our website and follow the instructions.

We will provide you with progress updates provided by our suppliers.  However to provide you with the most affordable shipping, we only offer standard shipping this means our parcel tracking sometimes provides limited information.  If you have any questions while waiting for your parcel, please contact us by email nixonscloset@gmail.com

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

We ship straight from our suppliers, This helps us get your products to you as efficiently and as quickly as possible. When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in seperate parcels due to coming from different suppliers.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY PARCEL

Once your parcel has left our warehouse it is then the property of the courier company chosen by our supplier.  We are not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods.  However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery timeframe, our customer service team will make their best efforts to locate your parcel for you and, if appropriate, refund or resend your order.
